Doug's Dukkah is made of Australian Macadamia Nuts and Victorian Hazelnuts roasted ground and mixed with toasted sesame seeds and other toasted spices. Doug's Dukkah uses a combination of traditional Egyptian spices and has a subtle chilli heat.
Perfect with a Olive Oil/Balsamic Dip, Sprinkle over salad, eggs, beetroot relish, hummus, crusted lamb or tuna

The best dukkah there is. I add this stuff to everything! Salads, grilled meats, toast toppers or on its own with fresh bread & olive oil. I had to buy two jars so I always have one on standby as I now can't live with out it!
