Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of items ordered due to 'changing your mind' it is the responsibility of the buyer regarding what they have purchased and paid for. We will accept returns should the product/s received be damaged during transit and we reserve the right to request images of all damages including packaging as evidence of damage.

Shipping
We only ship within Australia. If you are wishing to order from outside of Australia please Contact Us directly to discuss options and shipping rates prior to ordering.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your items. Should you require express post an additional fee (based on weight of package) will be required. Please also note that the shipping and handling rates are set as a flat rate of $15.00 unless otherwise specified on certain items.
