We have worked on a recipe that reminds you of the greatest tasting 3am Souvlaki that you have ever experienced. The kebab shop you can't remember, nor choose to as it was the one with a security guard out the front, but my goodness did it pack flavour and spices which left a lasting impression and taste for more.

Doug's Dirty Souvlaki is exactly this and more. We have not only tested the recipe we would like to say it is all about the 'steps in the process', this souvlaki mix cannot be rushed, as the recipe is at it's best when you follow recommended steps in the preparation/marinading process (listed on the label).
